Lumnira™ Legacy Series Refund & Satisfaction Policy

At Lumnira, we rely on clinical facts, not marketing noise. Because biological pathways require consistent nourishment to reinforce baseline neuro-maintenance, we stand behind a 90-Day Clinical Support window.

1. The 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you do not experience a noticeable improvement in cognitive presence after 30 days of consistent use, you are eligible for our satisfaction support program. Claims must be filed between Day 30 and Day 90 of your initial purchase.

2. Satisfaction Requirements (Single SKU)

The Physical Unit Rule: To receive a 100% cash refund (minus original shipping), the physical container must be returned to our GO-Ultra HQ at the customer's expense for batch-quality analysis.

Shipping & Tracking: All returns must be sent via a carrier that provides valid tracking information. Lumnira™ is not responsible for, and cannot issue refunds for, any return packages that are lost in transit or arrive without a verifiable tracking number.

The One-Time Limit: This guarantee applies strictly to the very first order of a single product container per household. Subsequent or repeat orders are non-refundable.

3. Bundle Protection (The 90-Day Restoration Bundle)

To prevent system abuse, the Satisfaction Guarantee for bundles is limited to the value of one single month's supply. All other bottles in the bundle must be returned unopened and factory-sealed to receive a full bundle refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Per our Photo-Evidence Protocol, any items arriving damaged must be reported with photographic proof within 72 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you; no physical return is required for verified damage.
