To ensure you can experience our supplement protocols with absolute peace of mind, we offer a 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee backed by strict, protective safeguards for our business and community.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Smart Trial)
If you are a first-time customer and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To allow you to try the product while preventing policy abuse, your return is subject to the following protective conditions:
- First-Order & Single SKU Limit: This satisfaction guarantee applies strictly to your very first order of a single product container. Subsequent purchases, repeat orders, or subscription renewal cycles are 100% non-refundable and non-returnable.
- The 50% Fill Rule (No Empty Bottles): To qualify for a refund, any opened container returned to us must have at least 50% of its original contents remaining. We do not accept returns of completely empty containers, mostly-empty containers, or products that have been used for more than 15 days.
- Bundle & Multi-Pack Protection: If you purchased a multi-pack or the 90-Day Restoration Bundle, only one single container is permitted to be opened. All remaining containers in the order must be completely unopened, unused, factory-sealed, and with their original safety shrink-wrap fully intact. If more than one container in an order has a broken seal, the entire order is ineligible for a refund.
- 15% Restocking & Processing Fee: All approved refunds are subject to a 15% fee (deducted from your refund total) to cover original credit card processing fees, labor, and sanitization/disposal costs.
- Original Shipping Non-Refundable: Any shipping fees paid at checkout are completely non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request under our 30-Day Guarantee:
- Email our support desk at support@lumnira.com with your original order number and a brief description of your experience.
- Our support team will manually review your order history and details. If approved, we will issue you an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide clear return instructions.
- Pack your product securely, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, and ship it back to our coordinates. Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Processing Timeline
Once your return is delivered to our headquarters, our fulfillment team will inspect the container and confirm compliance with the 50% fill rule and bundle seal integrity. Upon verification, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
