All Lumnira formulas are blended, tested, and dispatched directly from our NSF-registered, GMP-certified facility in the United States, ensuring peak potency and strict quality control.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends or official US holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking confirmation email (DHL, FedEx, or USPS) is automatically sent to you.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations including Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

• International Standard Transit: 7 – 14 business days (rates calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination).
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are collected upon entry.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lumnira is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is declared lost by the shipping carrier, contact support@lumnira.com immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue or issuing a replacement.
